The application for the HdM Media Master programms is only available for the winter semester.
When applying for a winter semester, the following deadline applies:
- July 15th: All forms and documents are due at Stuttgart Media University for the winter semester
Applicants who miss the deadlines or hand in incomplete documents can not be taken into account for the admission procedure and will therefore not be considered for admission.

International applicants require a degree from a recognized institution of higher education in the European Union and a certification of language proficiency in the German language. Many current students participating in the master programs come from Europe, Asia and South America.
In order to certify your degree, your certificate and grade need to be converted and accepted by the Center of for International Students in Konstanz.
Please contact Mr. Ohnmacht-Neugebauer in his office at an early stage of the process for further questions. Mr. Ohnmacht-Neugebauer can be reached on campus (Room 123, Nobelstr. 10) or by e-mail. He can inform you about which documents need to be translated, notarized, or converted to the German system.
This process can take weeks or even months. We will try to assist you as much as possible.

For admission to the master course, a bachelor’s degree in a related area is required. Students with a degree in a similar or closely related programs will be accepted and prioritized. Those with a degree in a field less closely related will be accepted if there are still vacancies available.
